Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Beautyque.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Beautyque NYC Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a New York company.

The Service

Beautyque.ai provides beauty industry intelligence through a six-discipline briefing practice (Beauty Moves, Tech Watch, Consumer Pulse, Regulatory Radar, Power & Institutions, and Human Experience), the BeautyQode Ingredient Analyzer tool, and related resources. The core service is free. Future premium tiers may be introduced and will be clearly communicated.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Beautyque.ai only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish our briefings or content without written permission
• Use the Service to develop competing products or services
• Systematically extract or scrape content from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malware
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

All content on Beautyque.ai — including briefings, analysis, the BeautyQode standard, the KYU framework, design, and trademarks — is owned by Beautyque NYC Inc. or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

The BeautyQode standard and tier system (Supernaturals, Clean Detox, Trendy Clean) are proprietary to Beautyque NYC Inc.

Ingredient Analyzer — Disclaimer

The BeautyQode Ingredient Analyzer is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, regulatory guidance, or a certification. Results reflect our current database and interpretation of applicable standards. Always consult qualified regulatory and formulation experts for compliance decisions.

Briefings — Disclaimer

Our briefings represent our editorial analysis and perspective. They are not professional legal, financial, regulatory, or business advice. Information may become outdated. Use your own judgment and consult relevant experts for significant business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beautyque NYC Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
